In this sales leadership role, you will lead and build a team of pure hunters to drive growth in the Southeast Asia and Greater China region. You will partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure your team over-achieves goals, refine sales processes, and mentor direct reports on pipeline building and closing best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of mentoring direct reports on pipeline building and closing
  • Consistently deliver against targets and ensure company goals are achieved
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales tools
  • Experience managing geographically distributed Account Executives
  • Strategic mindset with cross-functional alignment skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and build a team of Account Executives focused on hunting net new business
  • Partner with sales leadership and other functions to ensure team support and guidance
  • Help direct reports articulate career paths and partner to achieve them
  • Refine and evolve scalable, measurable sales processes
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide weekly/quarterly reporting
