💼 About This Role

You'll work as a field sales representative in high-traffic shopping centers, enrolling new customers for Octopus Energy's green energy products. You'll benefit from a secure base salary plus uncapped commission, earning between 3,000-5,000 € monthly. This role offers indoor comfort, fixed hours, and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Approach customers in shopping centers to spark interest in Octopus Energy.
• Explain green energy products and convert leads into new customers.
• Work in pairs or trios to maximize coverage and effectiveness.
• Maintain product knowledge and use CRM to track interactions.

📋 Requirements

• Residence in the Cologne, Düsseldorf, or Ruhr metropolitan area.
• Proven experience in field sales or POS customer consulting.
• Comfort with approaching strangers and handling rejection.
• Full professional proficiency in German (C1 level).

• Previous experience in the energy sector.

• Valid driver's license and access to a car.
