• Build and execute pre- and post-voyage services like land extensions.
• Collaborate with Voyage Product Managers to complement at-sea experiences.
• Manage internal air programs and group ground transportation.
• Own pricing and profitability for all PPM services.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field.
• 3+ years in travel program management, ideally pre/post voyage.
• Proven budgeting and financial management experience.
• Strong negotiation and vendor contracting skills.

• Master's degree in business or tourism management.
• 5+ years in voyage development or expedition industry.
• Experience managing internal/charter air travel programs.
