💼 About This Role

You'll lead a service team in the Oil & Gas vertical for Paytm's offline payment solutions, managing POS and EDC machine deployments at petrol stations. You'll drive merchant onboarding and build relationships with PSU oil marketing companies to expand Paytm's payment network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and train the service team in assigned territory
• Set and monitor service targets for the team
• Collect customer feedback and report to senior management
• Travel to customers to present offerings and build brand awareness

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of distribution sales in EDC, fintech, banking or insurance
• Experience setting and tracking sales targets for a team
• Proven ability to handle assigned territory for Oil and Gas
• Good communication and leadership skills
