💼 About This Role
You'll build our HR function from scratch, owning recruiting, onboarding, compensation, and compliance as we scale from ~20 to 50+ people. This is a foundational role where you'll shape company culture and work directly with the CEO to drive people strategy in a mission-critical healthcare environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, building internal capability over time
- Build comprehensive onboarding programs that reinforce culture
- Develop competitive and equitable compensation benchmarking frameworks
- Implement performance management processes for growth and accountability
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience including leadership or senior IC roles
- Startup experience building HR processes from scratch
- Deep knowledge of multi-state employment law and compliance
- Proven experience building HR infrastructure without a large team

- Healthcare industry experience and workforce dynamics
- Equity compensation structure familiarity
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certification
