You'll provide one-on-one home health care to adult and geriatric clients in Pinellas and Pasco counties. You'll follow designated care plans, administer medications, and perform wound care to help clients remain independent at home. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient's needs
• Make home visits in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to manager

📋 Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in FL
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical medical/surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
