You'll guide new clients through onboarding to full platform adoption, ensuring satisfaction and retention. You'll partner with Sales, Tech, and Product teams to drive growth through upselling and act as the voice of the customer for product improvements. • Guide and train new clients during onboarding
• Manage client portfolio, understanding their industry and challenges
• Implement retention strategies to maximize client retention
• Provide client feedback to technical and product teams

📋 Requirements

• Degree from a top business school
• 2-3 years experience in client relations
• Excellent French for business conversations
• Experience in B2B SaaS and startups
