💼 About This Role

You'll manage the infrastructure for Picnic's fulfillment centers and last-mile hubs in southern Germany. You'll lead launch projects from technical site evaluation through commissioning. This role offers the chance to drive process optimization and supermarket revolution. International projects and team leadership are key.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage launch projects from A to Z with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee all facility management matters for FCs and Hubs.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of 3+ Facility Managers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage external service providers.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Facility Management, Building Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years full-time work experience including leadership.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Valid class B driver's license and willingness to travel.
