Description

You will build and curate a footwear materials library, collaborate with design and product teams, and drive color and material innovation for Alo's footwear collection. Your work will ensure alignment with future business needs and sustainability goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile or Industrial/Product Design
• 8+ years in Sporting Goods/Apparel/Fashion, specializing in Color Textile Design
• Proven track record with Global and North American markets
• Experience at both large and small brands in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills managing complex projects across overlapping timelines

Responsibilities

• Curate color and materials collection with lead and senior footwear designer
• Hunt for trends in colors, materials, finishes, and innovative technologies
• Collaborate with footwear and accessories team to visually connect apparel and footwear
• Build out materials library and develop new vegan and sustainable options
• Own projects from concept to delivery, creating CAD briefs for production
