You'll lead compensation and benefits operations for a fast-growing AI startup. Your work will ensure equitable and scalable reward systems that support global expansion. You'll partner with Finance, Legal, and People teams to drive data-informed decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure timely updates to compensation structures and benefit packages.
• Maintain accurate and compliant payroll data.
• Conduct in-depth payroll and compensation analysis.
• Manage employee stock option (ESOP) data and agreement signings.

📋 Requirements

• 4–7 years in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of payroll management, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficient in Excel or data tools for compensation analysis.
• Experience in tech, AI, or startup environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with equity or ESOP administration systems.
• Experience with cross-border payroll or international compensation.
• Ability to optimize HR processes through automation or analytics.
