You'll coordinate onboarding, sales monitoring, and agency liaison for a network of Brand Ambassadors in South Africa. Your work ensures smooth promoter operations and supports emerging market credit access at a mission-first fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer registration links and track BA onboarding completion.
• Maintain and update the BA Master File with assignments and status.
• Monitor daily sales performance and follow up with underperformers.
• Coordinate promoter transfers between stores or regions.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in sales support or field coordination.
• Advanced Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data queries.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

• Experience coordinating field teams or brand ambassadors.
