💼 About This Role

You'll develop and scale fusion fuel target production from lab to volume manufacturing. You'll establish assembly processes, automation, and production equipment to enable the world's first fusion power plant. This role is critical for bridging research and high-volume manufacturing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop baseline assembly process and automation requirements
• Develop proof-of-concept mass production equipment
• Establish manufacturing best practices
• Perform yield analysis and failure analysis

📋 Requirements

• B.S. with 10+ years or M.S. with 7+ years experience
• High volume semiconductor back-end manufacturing automation development
• Experience with production quality control
