You'll define the long-term vision for scalable data systems powering analytics, AI, and product intelligence. This role blends technical leadership, organizational management, and platform vision, driving student equity through data-driven insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute long-term vision for the data platform.
• Architect scalable batch and real-time data pipelines.
• Build, mentor, and scale a world-class data engineering team.
• Enable AI/ML teams with feature stores and training pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in data engineering or distributed systems.
• 4+ years leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Expert in SQL and Python or Go.
• Experience with AWS cloud data ecosystems.

• Experience with streaming and real-time data systems.
• Deep understanding of data modeling and pipeline orchestration.
• Experience supporting AI/ML workflows.
