💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center as an experienced auto painter, responsible for painting base coats, tri-coats, metallics, and clear coats, and performing blend and color correction work. You'll ensure vehicles meet top quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats
• Blend adjacent panels and paint correct vehicles
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
• Work mandatory overtime as needed

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional automotive painting experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years old
