Requirements

• Practical work experience and first leadership experience in consulting or international company
• Completed university degree in business, computer science, engineering, math or similar
• Experience with agentic solutions and automation of administrative processes
• Strong communication, teamwork, and confident presentation skills
• Very good German and English skills, flexibility and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Lead sub-projects for digital sovereignty and accompany change processes
• Identify technology trends, develop and optimize business processes
• Create strategic roadmaps for Generative AI considering data protection and ethics
• Support challenges in organizational structure, innovation management, and digital transformation
• Develop solutions for complex tasks as part of an expert team
