You'll shape the future of the Tebra platform as part of an embedded cross-functional team. Your core impact is designing intuitive experiences for healthcare providers and their patients. You'll work in a close-knit, collaborative product design culture focused on raising the bar.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to vision and design strategy for customer and business value.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaborative ideation sessions.
• Lead customer research sessions and synthesize insights.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional partners.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time product design experience
• Proficient with Figma suite including FigJam and FigmaMake
• Experience with B2B and/or B2C product design
• Portfolio demonstrating simplified user experiences for complex workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or SMB customer environment
• Experience with AI native experiences and AI tools in design
• Knowledge of design system contribution
