💼 About This Role

You'll lead analytics for device setup, adoption, and engagement at SimpliSafe, reporting to the Head of Customer Analytics. You'll influence C-suite and board-level decisions with data-driven narratives and drive experimentation frameworks and AI-assisted analytics to increase team throughput.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own analytics across device setup, hardware adoption, subscription activation, and engagement.
• Develop and maintain Activations Adoption Analytics roadmap with Customer Lifetime Value leadership.
• Lead A/B and multivariate experiment design and measurement end-to-end.
• Create reports and data-driven presentations for C-suite and board-level stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics
• BA/BS degree or comparable experience
• Proven ability to design, execute, and interpret experiments (A/B, multivariate) with statistical rigor
• Working experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Hex AI, or similar)
