You'll lead the evening shift at our Muncie bakery, ensuring a productive and fun night by predicting business flow. You'll take pride in hands-on leadership, from building orders to baking and interacting with customers. Own the Night and build orders while leading the cookie crew.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide incredible customer service and quality products
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
• Manage cash handling and deposits

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service focused role
• Point of Sales systems experience
• Availability to work until 3:00am
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
