You'll rotate through critical dispensary functions to gain subject matter expertise while supporting operations, customer experience, and people management. This fast-track role is a developmental step toward Assistant General Manager. You'll help build a high-performing team and deliver memorable customer experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations for compliance and inventory accuracy
• Oversee intake and verification of deliveries and vault inventory management
• Lead team members to execute programs, promotions, and cash handling procedures
• Coordinate scheduling of team member shifts, meal breaks, and rest periods

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Must be 21 years or older and pass background checks

• Cannabis industry experience
• Inventory control experience
