You'll lead HR strategy for a francophone nonprofit with ~80 employees across multiple sites, driving organizational structuring and growth. Your core impact will be developing healthy workplace culture and ensuring legal compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement strategic HR vision aligned with organizational priorities.
• Advise senior management and participate in organizational structuring.
• Manage complex labor relations including conflict resolution and discipline.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and employer branding strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Diploma in HR, industrial relations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario labor laws.
• Bilingual French and English (oral and written).
