🎯 What You'll Do

• Run consultations with warm lead homeowners via discovery questions
• Convert leads to signed agreements by addressing fears and needs
• Track and manage opportunities in Salesforce with surgical follow-up
• Coordinate handoff to Home Quality team and flag sales funnel friction

📋 Requirements

• 0-3 years in sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles
• Advanced English proficiency for US homeowner communication
• Comfort with Salesforce, CRMs, and AI-assisted workflows
