You'll join a fast-growing renewable energy startup, collaborating with Co-Founders to translate customer feedback into product insights. You'll gain hands-on experience in SaaS and sustainability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights
• Assist with drafting product specifications and feature requests
• Set up and configure customer accounts for business needs
• Be the technical contact for UK customers via chat and email

📋 Requirements

• Currently in final year of engineering or business school
• Structured and proactive learner
• Available for 5-month internship in Berlin or Augsburg
• C2 English proficiency required
