You'll drive full-cycle hiring across marketing, corporate, and operations teams for a tech-enabled medical group delivering adult care via telemedicine. You'll own high-volume pipelines, leverage AI-native recruiting tools, and partner directly with founders and hiring managers to scale the team. This is a high-ownership role at an early-stage startup with contract-to-hire potential.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across corporate, ops, marketing, design, and data roles
• Use AI tools and CRMs to source and engage high-volume candidates
• Run high-personalization outbound campaigns that convert
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate bar and keep Ashby organized

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting across technical, corporate, or go-to-market functions
• Startup experience required hiring without brand recognition
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting stack and strong written outreach
• Organizational discipline managing multiple reqs at once
