You'll provide internal IT support for a growing Sydney office, assisting with tickets, walk-ups, and chat. Your work ensures that technology systems remain seamless and reliable for every team member as the office expands. You'll take ownership of regional support for Australia and Asia, handling software, hardware, and complex service incidents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support expansion of Sydney office including new floor builds
• Manage and optimize audio-visual meeting room technology
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding for new starters
• Work through global queue for general IT support and local escalations

📋 Requirements

• Logical approach to problem-solving and passion for helping others
• Experience supporting Mac and Windows environments
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications like G-Suite or Active Directory
• Background working in large-scale or global environments
