🎯 What You'll Do

• Design meaningful objectives that drive player learning and mastery
• Drive design innovation in engagement, progression, and reward systems
• Communicate player experience vision across multiple teams
• Collaborate with product management and marketing for player satisfaction
• Lead iterative live design approach with rapid prototyping and iteration

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of game design experience with shipped titles
• Experience with engagement or progression systems in live multiplayer games
• Deep understanding of player motivations and goal-setting impact
• Strong interest and knowledge of Fortnite Battle Royale ecosystem
