Description

You will manage a portfolio of SMB customers, driving growth and retention through consultative sales, product demonstrations, and strategic relationship building. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and meet revenue quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably from US/UK/Canada, with US/Canada/UK B2B exposure
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong ownership and ability to drive deals end-to-end
  • Leadership experience and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with executives

Responsibilities

  • Develop executive relationships and identify growth opportunities within SMB accounts
  • Conduct product demos and align Motive solutions with customer needs
  • Collaborate with account team to support and grow customers
  • Manage contract renewals proactively to minimize churn
  • Meet and exceed revenue quotas
