Description
You will manage a portfolio of SMB customers, driving growth and retention through consultative sales, product demonstrations, and strategic relationship building. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and meet revenue quotas in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably from US/UK/Canada, with US/Canada/UK B2B exposure
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong ownership and ability to drive deals end-to-end
- Leadership experience and ability to influence stakeholders
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with executives
Responsibilities
- Develop executive relationships and identify growth opportunities within SMB accounts
- Conduct product demos and align Motive solutions with customer needs
- Collaborate with account team to support and grow customers
- Manage contract renewals proactively to minimize churn
- Meet and exceed revenue quotas
