Description

You will own the data and systems foundation for FP&A, ensuring high-quality datasets support analysis and decision-making across the Group. You'll integrate data from operational systems, enable insight without burdening analysts, and explore AI and advanced analytics to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• High degree of independence and technical capability
• Experience with FP&A data and integration
• Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools like Power BI
• Ability to work with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Technology
• Strong documentation skills for data models, integrations, and processes

Responsibilities

• Own and develop FP&A data structures, models, and hierarchies
• Proactively identify and integrate new data sources across the organization
• Design and manage end-to-end data processes from source systems to FP&A tools
• Explore and implement innovative approaches to data integration, automation, and modeling
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI and advanced analytics to FP&A data
