💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary leader and customer liaison for a high-impact technology project within the Intelligence Community. You'll ensure complex mission objectives are met with efficiency and empower a diverse team to deliver their best work. This role requires a TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph clearance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary liaison between organization and customer for contract matters
• Lead comprehensive execution and management of the contract
• Provide leadership and mentorship to ensure alignment with mission objectives
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

📋 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph security clearance
• 10+ years of program management experience within the Intelligence Community
• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise-level operational team structures
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field

• PMP or PgMP certification
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid program management methodologies
