💼 About This Role

You'll manage day-to-day social interactions and nurture online communities for BJAK, a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia. You'll ensure a responsive and authentic brand presence across all channels. This role offers regional exposure in a fast-growing tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage with audiences across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and community discussions in a timely manner.
• Support daily content publishing and scheduling across social platforms.
• Monitor brand mentions and surface community insights to internal teams.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in social media engagement or community management.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and community dynamics.

• Experience in fintech, insurance, or tech.
• Additional local languages.
