You will serve as a trusted consultant guiding school districts through their IXL implementation, delivering professional development, analyzing data, and building relationships with district leaders to ensure successful adoption and growth.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12
• School or district administrator experience or extensive PD to those audiences
• Experience leading instructional initiatives or curriculum adoptions
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large districts
• Partner with district leaders to create professional development plans
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers
• Travel locally (40-60%) to deliver PD and support implementation
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps
