💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end finance ownership for the Cyber Security and IT Automation product pillars at Kaseya, partnering with General Managers and engineering leaders to set strategic direction. You'll drive growth and profitability through financial insights, planning, and data-backed decision support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with General Manager to provide financial insights and strategic planning.
• Own financial planning including annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports with variance analysis.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities in product development and delivery.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance or FP&A, 10-15+ years preferred.
• Significant experience supporting a high-growth business unit, SaaS/High Tech strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with general managers to drive business results.

• Experience with subscription revenue models and SaaS metrics.
• Proficiency in Oracle EPBCS or similar financial planning software.
• Experience in management consulting background.
