You'll own the aircraft Global Finite Element Model for loads and dynamics analysis at a pioneering eVTOL company. You'll collaborate closely with airframe and flight physics teams to ensure robust, representative models are delivered on time. This role offers high autonomy and technical influence as the programme matures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the aircraft Global Finite Element Model for loads and dynamics.
• Perform and document model acceptance checks including static, dynamic, and quality.
• Implement structural changes due to design evolution and weight updates.
• Manage model version control and release process.

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience in structural model reduction for aircraft or complex structures.
• Strong knowledge of finite element modelling theory and structural dynamics.
• Proficiency in FE tools such as MSC Nastran and Altair Optistruct.
• Proficiency in Python/Matlab for model development or automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Multibody Modelling
• Experience with model correlation and GVT data
