You'll own the full payroll cycle across the UK, Europe, and future US regions while ensuring compliance and accuracy. You'll partner with the People Team and external providers to streamline and evolve payroll processes in a fast-growing global company. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the full payroll cycle across key regions
• Partner with People Team to streamline payroll processes
• Act as primary contact for global payroll provider ADP
• Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation and tax requirements

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing payroll across multiple countries
• Strong knowledge of UK and European payroll (Germany preferred)
• Experience working with ADP or similar global payroll provider
• Demonstrated experience creating efficiencies and improving payroll processes

• Experience with US payroll
• Knowledge of payroll automation tools
• Multi-country payroll project experience
