💼 About This Role

You'll join the loudest store in the mall, providing excellent customer service to music and pop culture fans. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store. You'll also work the register and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers
• Cover sales floor zone and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to merchandise products and lift up to 50 pounds
