You will provide technical support to colleagues, ensuring they have the tools they need to do their best work. Your day-to-day involves answering queries in Slack, troubleshooting macOS and networking issues, managing devices via Jamf, and delivering onboarding sessions.

• Comfortable presenting technical information to groups
• Passionate about helping people and creating inclusive support
• Experience troubleshooting macOS
• Understanding of basic networking

Responsibilities

• Answer technical queries via Slack
• Resolve issues face-to-face or via video call
• Order laptops and peripherals
• Deliver laptop onboarding sessions
• Manage macOS devices using Jamf
