💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategy and delivery of 1Password's core enterprise credentials platform, balancing usability with security. You'll drive the roadmap for enterprise password management and integrate with IAM, SSO, and SIEM ecosystems. This role owns how enterprises manage access at scale, reducing security risk and improving productivity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set vision and strategy for Enterprise Password Management organization
• Deliver secure and scalable credential management capabilities
• Uphold zero-knowledge security model while ensuring usability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Security, and Customer Success

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Deep experience in enterprise security and identity management
• Proven ability to lead and scale engineering teams
• Experience partnering with Product and cross-functional teams

• Experience with IAM, SSO, and SIEM ecosystems
• Background in password management or credential platforms
