Description
You will be the face of Clutch, delivering vehicles across Southern Ontario and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You'll safely operate a flatbed truck, inspect vehicles, complete paperwork, and resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience transporting vehicles
- 2+ years customer-facing experience
- Valid G driver's license and clean 3-year abstract
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Responsibilities
- Deliver vehicles to customers across Southern Ontario using a flatbed truck
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues
- Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues
- Complete customer paperwork and maintain tracking system
- Assist team members with various tasks
