You'll own a training program end-to-end for Carvana's Recon operation, serving as the bridge between operations, instructional design, and analytics. Your core impact is ensuring every associate in your tier is on track at every site. This role requires deep field presence and protecting training time under production pressure.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full training program lifecycle from gap analysis to performance measurement.
- Serve as primary bridge between content creators and site-level leaders.
- Monitor and report on training metrics; surface gaps and trends.
- Develop and maintain trainer quality and certification processes.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in training program management, learning and development, or operations.
- Proven ability to design and run training programs at scale across distributed locations.
- Strong data literacy to interpret standard work metrics and drive decisions.
- Demonstrated collaboration with field operations leaders driving accountability.
โจ Nice to Have
- Master's in Business, Supply Chain, I/O Psychology, or Learning Design.
- Experience with Google Suite.
- Experience in consulting or project management certification.
