Requirements

• Agency account management experience at a leading digital agency
• Experience across diverse digital projects including UX/UI, design sprints, and web development
• Track record of building exceptional client relationships
• Business-level fluency in German and English
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and applications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships, identifying creative and strategic opportunities
• Drive projects forward to ensure maximum success and growth for client and AKQA
• Develop deep understanding of client's business, market, and audiences
• Manage financial processes for client accounts, reaching profitability and revenue targets
• Create professional-quality documentation and ensure quality of deliverables
