💼 About This Role

You'll create an exceptional piercing and shopping experience for customers at our Short Hills studio, assist with ear piercings, and provide product recommendations. You'll infuse the Rowan experience through engaging customer interactions and support the team on weekends. This hourly, non-exempt position reports to the Studio Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome customers, check them in or book appointments.
• Help customers choose and style piercing and non-piercing jewelry.
• Upsell products and meet sales targets.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and stock inventory.

📋 Requirements

• Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
