💼 About This Role

You'll lead how data is leveraged across the business to drive measurable impact, operating at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and product. You'll own the pipelines, models, and insights that power internal decisions and customer-facing value. This role reports directly to the COO, offering high visibility and high ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain data pipelines across product, CRM, and third-party sources.
• Own and manage the BI environment including data models and visualization tooling.
• Translate data into actionable insights for product value and revenue growth.
• Establish data quality, consistency, and governance standards.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of analytics or data engineering experience in a SaaS environment.
• Expert-level SQL and strong Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with dbt in production.
• Experience building customer-facing dashboards and presenting to executives.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster.
• Experience with modern data warehouses like ClickHouse or BigQuery.
• Experience managing large dbt model sets.
