You will oversee workplace hospitality programs, maintain shared spaces, and manage daily kitchen and food service operations to keep teams fueled and supported. Your work ensures a consistently high-standard, organized environment that enables intense focus and high performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in workplace operations, hospitality, or service environments
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
• Strong organizational habits and familiarity with digital tools (email/chat, ticketing systems)
• Familiarity with food safety best practices; Food Handler card a plus
• Ability to lift supplies, move furniture, and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Perform visual sweeps and hospitality resets across shared spaces
• Maintain conference room readiness and high-standard workplace presentation
• Anticipate needs and resolve issues to prevent service disruption
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to routines and workflows
• Coordinate vendor services and maintain inventory for food and supplies
