You'll own and execute organic social media and email marketing for a dynamic consultancy. You'll build processes from scratch, collaborate with a UX/UI designer and content writer, and drive measurable growth for Bluelight's expanding brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own organic social media calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram
• Set up and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated workflows
• Support on-page SEO with metadata, content briefs, and keyword tracking
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth role experience
• Proven experience managing organic social channels (content calendar, scheduling, engagement)
• Solid understanding of email marketing: segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals: on-page optimization, keyword research, meta tags

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 or Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub)
• Prior experience in a startup or early-stage team
