💼 About This Role

You'll lead Riot Games' global equity team to scale processes and ensure compliance. You'll drive change management and financial reporting for equity programs. This role offers a chance to shape strategies for unique compensation plans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process new grants, vesting, distributions, terminations, and cancellations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of equity data and tax reporting.
• Generate stock-based compensation reports for accounting under GAAP/IFRS.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Legal, and People teams to resolve equity issues.
• Lead employee trainings and communications on equity compensation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or HR.
• 7+ years of stock plan administration experience.
• 3+ years in a management role overseeing a team.
• Experience with multiple equity instruments and global equity programs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
• Public and private equity management experience.
• Experience with stock repurchase and share exchange programs.
