You'll own financial modeling and forecasting for a fast-growing digital assets company. Your analysis will guide product strategy and investment priorities at the leadership level. You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams in a remote-first, ownership-driven culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis across core business lines.
• Build financial models to support product strategy, pricing, and investment planning.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
• Define and track key financial and operational metrics for business performance.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills linking data to business outcomes.
• Experience with ambiguous data environments and independent analysis.
• Understanding of digital or subscription-based business drivers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, digital assets, or Web3.
• Familiarity with Pigment, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
• Exposure to capital allocation, M&A, or investment decisions.
