Description

You will lead the Programmatic Offsite Ads team at Pinterest, defining and executing the off-platform ads strategy, driving advertiser performance, and ensuring high-quality supply partnerships. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to innovate ad products and lead a team of engineers.

Requirements

• BS or higher in Computer Science or related field
• 2-3+ years of engineering management experience
• 3-4+ years of industry experience in ads domain
• Experience designing high-scale, real-time distributed systems
• Working knowledge of programmatic advertising and OpenRTB

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and roadmap for programmatic off-platform ads delivery
• Partner with Product, Design, Sales, and Policy to define new ad features
• Lead experimentation and optimization of ad campaigns using A/B testing
• Work with external supply partners to ensure ad support and performance standards
• Lead a team of 8-10 engineers, providing mentorship and technical direction
