You'll partner with Sales Strategy Operations leaders to recruit top talent for diverse roles at a fast-growing cloud security company. Your work directly impacts hiring quality and team growth across multiple offices and functions. This role offers high visibility and the chance to shape recruiting strategy at a leader in physical security.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, closing).
• Proactively source and engage top candidates to secure high-caliber talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to coach on interview best practices.
• Manage high-impact recruiting events and track candidate communications in ATS.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a strategic search firm or startup.
• Strong experience navigating a high diversity of roles (function, level, geography).
• Ability to influence with data and push through adversity in a fast-paced environment.
• Executive presence with strong verbal and written communication skills.
