🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage service order fulfillment and remote hands requests
• Perform quality assurance for completed Service Orders
• Coordinate customer deployments and infrastructure installations
• Supervise vendor subcontractors and manage team performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Data Center Management and Operations experience
• Associate's degree in computer science or related field
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure including power, cooling, and security systems
• Experience with network hardware and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
