You'll own data intake and triage, resolving ad-hoc requests using SQL and dashboards, and enabling teams to access data efficiently. You'll have real ownership in a profitable startup, directly influencing product and business outcomes. This role offers growth into broader analytics and data engineering-adjacent work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own internal Slack data intake with first response within one hour.
• Partner with Data Team to automate recurring requests.
• Help stakeholders clarify vague requests for metrics.
• Resolve low-to-moderate complexity requests using SQL and Lightdash.
• Troubleshoot metric discrepancies across dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in analytics, BI, or operations analytics.
• Strong SQL fundamentals including joins, window functions, aggregation.
• Clear written and verbal communication to explain metrics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with BI tools (Lightdash, Looker, Tableau) and cloud data warehouses.

• Experience supporting business teams (Ops, Finance, Support) with fast turnaround.
• Interest in LLM-enabled analytics workflows.
• Familiarity with dbt, data testing, or data pipeline contributions.
