You'll provide targeted academic support and manage classroom behaviors for high-risk special needs students. Your core impact is maintaining a safe, structured learning environment by implementing behavioral program policies. This role offers a 10-month school schedule with 12-month pay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide academic support within the classroom
• Manage classroom behaviors and implement behavioral program policies
• Report behavioral concerns of students to appropriate staff
• Maintain classroom order and safety

📋 Requirements

• New Mexico PED issued Educational Assistant License or Substitute Teacher License
• Able to work with high-risk special needs students
• At least 23 years of age
• Good driving record and willing to drive student van
